Some good, highly-respected, learned lecturers or professors in any field the students in this age studying should be their role model since they would meet occasionally in the academic environment in the college or university. I mean both in class or outside, that is, in their offices or in any activity in which both parties are to participate like the orientation before the academic semester starts or the club-oriented activities. I think such activities would assist the students to learn more and accept some great teachers as the role model according to their own preference and decision.

In this age students look for witnesses than preachers. The role model for students should be someone who can walk with them, understand them and feel with them instead of forcing their thoughts on them. At the same time the role model should motivate, inspire, guide and accompany the students.
