That sucks... I know the feeling and unfortunately unless you actually confront them about it... not much will change, you need to start looking elsewhere for new people to talk to and make friends with... it might be lonely at first but it won't last... maybe check and see if your "friends" think you did something wrong... maybe they think you did when you actually didn't... think back to when their behaviour started to change and what was happening in all your lives round about that time....if they're not inviting you to parties etc then they don't really consider you a friend... so maybe you shouldn't consider them friends... I know from personal experience that it can take a while for you to find people who appreciate you for you... but that's just it ... you need to be happy with who you are and embrace your interests and passions and then you will find people who share those things... Follow these steps before you move on to find new friends.
#1 Be less talkative.
#2 Reduce your frequent visit to your friends.
#3 Avoid calling them over the phone
#4 Instead of saying " What's up?" Say " Hi, I am in a hurry. Bye."
#5 Spend more time with yourself. Play games. Watch TV. Spend more time reading books... Start hanging out with your parents.
These fives steps will let your friends know you are leaving them. These fives steps will indicate that you're not interested in them anymore. And these fives steps will have their exclussive attention... Act like this for just one month and everything will be fine.

Well hun. I'm assuming your still in high school. And let me tell ya from experiance that it is all ridiculous and after you graduate you'll seriously understand why. I was with the "popular Preppy" girls and I was in the group and friends with all of them, and I kinda has the same problem you have. Most of them, were just like talk buddies at school and stuff, like three of them were really my friends and we hung out and stuff. The others trust me, are not worth your time. If you arn't that important to them, they shouldn't be that important to you. Stick to the few that you are really close with. Thats what counts. Good luck hun!

I think you may have a closer relationship with one of the girls. Ask her what is going on to get some inside clues. And start from there.
Good luck!

circulate on and forget approximately approximately them. i comprehend what you advise. i've got been in this kind of project until eventually now. they do no longer evaluate you substantial or cool sufficient to be around whilst there is an experience. by using fact of your shyness you in easy terms do no longer slot of their so called "type". strangely sufficient, while you are the only one around and theres in easy terms one in all 2 of them with you, they're going to contain you in by using fact there is not any else. yet as quickly as the whole team is there they do no longer desire you. they only use you whilst they could, and discard you whilst they do no longer desire you. an exceptionally unhappy team of acquaintances you have there. yet then, they are no acquaintances of yours besides.

i would act like it doesnt bother me and go hang out with a new group of friends with out making a scene about it at all. its gonna suck and be hard at first, but trust me, itll be worth it at the end! that happend to me several years ago, and one day i decided to hang out with some friends i had in my english class and we all became very close...i was so happy and felt very comfortable around them. (when i was with the old group of friends i felt like i was constantly walking on eggshells...it sucked) so once i left them i was finally happy, and yeah i thought about my old friends but i didnt care....soon enough my old friends began calling me more and wanting to hang out- but i remained distant from them...i didnt want to give in! so just keep your distance! your young, you dont need to be dealing with unneccesary drama! live your age! dont let those girls take it away from you! have fun honey!

im going thru the exact same thing. at lunch, at the table we sit at, no one talks to me and im like wtf, dude we were friends. but then again i dont say that to them. i barely talk to my friends. like for my bday, they didn't say anthing till a week later. on top of that, they sed it casually, like it was a burden to say and that's been bugging me for 2 mths now. my closest friend in that school, not my best friend, said happy bday extremely casually and immediately after started talking to her boi friend. no one bothered to ask me how i spent it or anything else like that. in every convo that occurs i try, i try really hard to be apart of it, but it never works. my friend since 8th grade, started blabbering abt a guy that was rude to her b/c he was instead of asking me "whats up?" or sumthing like that. i felt that they're all narcisists and naive and that either they don't notice that im trying to be my friend or they don't care. on v-day, no one sent me anything either, i got really pissed how one of my friends got 10 flowers and hes saying, why didn't i get more. im like dude, shut the fook up,i didnt get shyt.
i guess you might as well slowly leave them, if they notice, then that means to an extent they care, otherwise they dont give a shyt. i wanna leave my group of friends, but i don't cuz, i dont wanna sit alone and i dont wanna start makin new friends at the moment cuz i dont.
best luck with how you handle this situation, it's really depressing and lonely and isolating. sometimes, i just want to punch each and everyone of them for not caring about me. ive always had this idea of submitting a poem to a literary magazine in my school and they all read it. the poem was abt how they treated me, but they don't know its me. then they all go saying how its so sad. and then i would start laughing and they'd all look at me like im an idiot for laughing at someone who feels so rejected. and then, i'd tell them, the author of the poem is closer than you think. and they'd be like 'huh?' and id say, that poem is exactly how i feel b/c i wrote that damn poem. i culdn't tell you by talking, so perhaps i tried a different method. and i thought of more weird shyts to say to htem, but imma leave it alone.
if u want, seek revenge, i might do that. like decide to be a beetch one day and be a damn bytch, there aint nutin wrong wit that.

Find others who share interests with u and accept u. Believe me its atypical high school theme fitting in and being popular, yet different isn't accepted or recognized
