As in, when someone's personal identity, thoughts, and opinions start to become ignored and the person becomes more or less a walking shell that acts like his surroundings, attempting to believe whatever everyone else believes?

What you are describing is brain washing, that person being controlled by surrounding people.
However, if this happens without coercion, then it is one of many mental illnesses of the subject who feels that.

Specifically? I don't know. I think that the person isn't in touch with themselves or their calling. They're part of the other 95% of people who need leadership.
