Phlegm, mucus coughed up from your lungs when you're sick. Or smegma, a mish-mash of waste that collect in the foreskin of uncircumcised males, it smells nasty and can get hard and crusty, it is known by the slang term Dick-cheese!

Grossest? Doesn't really make sense why you would ask, but I will say the "Grossest" thing about our bodies is the fact that, in some individuals, worms can actually live in our stomachs.

i dnt find anythin gross about d human body... its a beautiful piece of work by the creator. although some humans do gross things.. mayb u meant whats d grossest thing done by a human bein.. there r so many answers to this but abt a human.. nothin is gross.

I find nothing 'gross' about the human body in of itself.
I guess what's 'gross' to me is how people will abuse and neglect their bodies/health to the point where the results are, simply put, 'gross.'
