I keep hearing my husband lately saying it ... he never used this expression before, must've picked up from someone....
Maybe there is another woman that keeps telling him "Later On" "Later On" ???

Later on is a common phrase. Its basically means not right now, it means to be done at a later time, not the present.

My mans friend keeps saying later later on my man will give me a call ill give a call and after his work is done every time forgets to do it so dont trust people who say later on its an excuse my man and his friend i hope arent taking me for a royal ride
