I find that most girls around about my age (16) say that body hair is a turn off? What do u girls mean by: body hair is a turn off??? I mean do u expect us guys to shave ourselves or something. all guys have body hair what exactly do the girls expect us to do about it?

someone said that girls probably mean they dont like excessive hair on your butt or something along those lines... So if u just happen to have excessive hair on ur but how exactly would u get rid of it??? not sain i do - just curious lol

don't listen to those morons. i have all my original body hair on my chest, back and butt, and girls don't mind at all. if they do mind, they can go get with a gay... i mean, "metrosexual," guy.

I doubt they mean the normal body hair, cause mostly that doesn't make sense - most guys have it. They're probably not liking excessive hair, like on the back and butt. Some guys can look like a gorilla. While I don't think they should shave, it can sometimes be strange, especially to a young girl. Like a woman with a una-brow - to pluck or not to pluck?

Just depends on the girl...and for that matter, the guy.
Some guys have a lot of body hair and some girls think it's a turn off. Some guys don't have any noticable body hair and some girls think it's a turn off. What can I say? To each his own.
If you are looking to get with a girl who doesn't like body hair, then I guess you're going to have to shave it.

Too soon to worry about it! Girls hate "body hair". Women either love it or don't mind. I have seen some freakishly hairy men at the beach (why is that guy wearing a brown wool sweater at the beach...??...Ooooh!!). Some women like that too.
Tastes vary for everyone. Just like men prefer different hair lengths, breast sizes, body types. Sometimes you just have to be you. Anyone worth being around won't be overly concerned about appearances, but rather with who you are. It's not just a trite, old cliche, it's also the truth!

well at age 16 my guess is they are watching these shows like the oc and seeing ads for ambercrombie and think that's how all guys are. and when they say body hair i think they are referring to chest hair..so don't go shave your legs for a girl! LOL i use to think chest hair at theat age was nasty too...not that i like it much now either, but as we get older we don't mind it as much and there is more to life than a smooth body...like chemistry,romance, a real connection..i wouldn't worry about hair..girls stuck on that won't stick around after hs anyway... :)

I love body hair! There's only ONE place I'd rather have a guy shaved...but ignore that, you're too young to even worry about it.

yes, you should wax... i mean, we spend endless amounts of time preparing our bodies for you. We shave both of our entire legs, our underarms, we might wax our arms, our faces, other areas ;o) in addition to ALL of the other things we do... make-up, hair dyes, styles, nails... and those are just the basics... I'm not even talking about loooking good, that's just maintaining. I think the least you could do is get your back waxed every once in awhile.

not always true. My fiance has little to no body hair and thats fine with me. alot of us girls dont like body hair but usually we are refering to back hair or alot of gross chest hair.

Many people prefer to make their body and facial hair less noticeable by bleaching.
