Very possible.

Bush's administration is anything BUT conservative!! It's radical in the extreme; spending money we don't have faster than ever, increasing the budget deficit and the national debt to unprecedented heights, expanding the federal governments personnel and powers to record levels, and running the domestic and foreign policies of the US to the exclusive benefit of those special interests known as the "political donor class".

There are a few. Lincoln Chaffee is a liberal Republican & Zell Miller is a conservative Democrat. They are on the federal endangered species list.

Zell Miller is a conservative Democrat, Giuliani is in favor of gay rights and pro-choice so yes
