What do you think of a person who does not replies SMSes?

Good question. As for me,people like that will be...
1) If he/she doesn't reply for so many times,maybe he's avoiding someone.
2) Just being lazy.
3) Maybe too busy to care that he get's any SMS?
4)Or...he is too lazy to reload his credit so he couldn't reply.
