Exercise in moderation, don't outdo yourself. Anything low impact and stretching should be fine. Don't do it until you get exhausted.

As much as you want it's not going to hurt anything.But when you find out you are slow it down just a little in the begining so you won't miscarry,not sayiny you will and then when you turn about 4 months pick back up again.
