It sounds like she is thriving as she is active, so I don't see any red flags. Your pediatrician will evaluate her in a month. If he or she hasn't raised concern, I don't think it's an issue.
I have an active son too. He's 15-months old. He sat up on his own at 4 months, crawled by 5 months and walked by 8 months. He now RUNS and tackles. No one believes me when I say that hee ws 9lbs, 1 oz at birth because he's long and lean!
For the first couple of years their weight will go up and down. Unless she is vomiting, dehydrated or simply refuses to eat, it's not an issue. We have a friend that had a baby girl, born as the same day as our son. She's 15 months and weighs 18lbs. I have a niece and nephew that are one week younger than my son and at 9 months the boy weighed 26lbs and the girl 24!!

She's fine. My son is that way too. He was 7 3 at birth and now he's 20 pounds at one year. He's so active and likes to play a lot. And I know it's not a food issue because that little boy is a bottomless pit ;) Try to give her snacks throughout the day if you are concerned, but ithink she's at an excellent weight. The AMA is concerned about childhood obesity right now, and you're daughter is just fine. Don't worry, mommy. Everything is fine ;)

That sounds like my little peanut haley. she was 5 pds when she was born and now ways 14pds. She is very active - rolling over, crawling, getting into things etc... The doc told me that it was totally normal for her to be small as long as she was eating. Haley eats 3 meals a day plus she gets at least 4 bottles during the day/night. So she is doing great. So I would not worry everything is going to be ok!

as many others pointed out, once babies move around, they stop gaining weight or kind of stabilise. my baby certainly did. she gained a lot of weight quite rapidly in the first six months, was at the top of the growth charts etc. then once she was crawling she slowed right down, the only growth that has really happened in the last few months has been length!

That's not too bad, she did double her birth weight, she should be around 24 pounds at a year. Lots of fruit as they are empty calories.

my daughter was born 5lb 5oz and put on weight very slowly she was only 14lbs at a year but she was very active. If you have a good midwife get her advise they are really help full. I had to see a dietitian who gave me advise. My daughter is now 9 and is a really good weight so try not to worry to much just ask for help from people who know. good luck.

My son was like this too. As long as she is getting enough food, don't worry about it. My little boy is three and just now hit 30 pounds. He has always been very active. He was crawling at six months and walking at ten months. All babies are different, and like I said, if she is not starving, then don't worry about it. :)

It sounds fine to me, as long as she is hitting her milestones she sounds great to me!
Try not to get too hung up on the centile charts, HV's are supposed to look at the child not the chart.
Whatever you do, DO NOT put ANYTHING other than milk in her bottles, this is very dangerous and a choking hazard.
Have a look at the following blog, it may give you some ideas.

I have an 8 month old too and a brilliant paediatrician, I asked him the same question, he said because she is more active now ( I presume shes crawling around) if she is eating normally then I don't think you need to be too concerned.
