planes and crew are getting old than the young and dynamic staff of cebu pacific. expensive tickets unless cebu pacific travels the same route. lousy web page unlike cebu pacific's friendlier web page where you can buy your e-ticket without leaving home or office.

I have flown PAL many times over the past 2-3 years and I have always gotten good service compared to US owned airline companies. Have also used Cathay Pacific and Emirates Airlines. They are equally superb. I was very disappointed in Northwest Airlines international service.

I will never get Philippine airlines as its very expensive and the service way back a decade ago is terrible.

If I'm on official travel, I'd prefer PAL, if not, will settle with Cebu Pac. For the services, what can you ask for in a domestic flight where the longest flying time is only 2 hours, but a safe return.

actually it was not the way it used to be. gone are the days where PAL would provide the BEST air travel service in all of ASIA. PAL suffred bad losses thats why it has slowly declined but it is still the Philippies best and it is still 100% at par with other asian carriers but it is not the best as of the moment. darn economics and mis-management!

to their company,you can feel the filipino hospitality specially to the foreigners like no other in the world,only the Filipinos.

I like the services of PAL. Even if they depart late, the pilot still make it a point to arrive on time. I dunno how they do that. Anyway, I like PAL better than Northwest Airlines, Continental, Air Canada and Malaysia Airlines. However, PAL airfare is terribly high.

pal international flights - terrible slow service. the stewards and stewardesses were too busy gossiping amongst themselves for most of the flight. they were old and too annoyed to help you
pal domestic flights - super excellent service. very attentive and attractive stewards and stewardesses
