Easiest way is to install it first with temporary screws and check operation, then remove temp screws one at a time, predrilling each hole for the perminant non removable screws. Make sure the tube for the latchside is turned correctly. The holes for the screws are offset so the flange on the door does`nt hit the screw heads when door is closed.

It is not hard.
Two things to make sure.
Keep the side by the doors knob far enough away so it isnt too close to the garage door knob or you will have hard time locking and unlocking the screen. It is more important than being centered. YOu cant change it afterwoard because they use one way screws.
Take the screen door and set it on blocks to get it to the right height , then lay a board against it to press it against the wall and not fall, then you can use a sharpie to mark through the holes to drill or just drill one at a time and scre it in before going on to the next one.
That is about it. It is good if you use two people.

I guess it depends on how much of that kind of experience you have. Myself, I'd pay the installers at Home Depot or Lowe's to do it for me. Then if it gets goofed up during installation, they have to fix it. The labor is guaranteed. And Home Depot (I'm sure Lowes, too) often has specials with free or reduced price installations.

I have installed several, both for businesses and homeowners. I've used longer bolts and went through the casings but, you have a cover up job on the inside then. It makes it more sturdier but, harder to tear off as happened in a few cases. It's not any harder then installing a regular door, follow directions.
