very , this week i had bread and water twice and some time off from the rellys for good behaviour if i keep this up i can expect some toning down of my electric shoch treatment...

I think it is a good idea to develop a spoiling regimen and give yourself a few regular treats to get yourself through the day. (Because your worth it etc). Unfortunately for this hedonist those treats became so frequent that they began to merge into one long spoiling session. I now do pretty much exactly what I want to most of the time. I think that I have gone beyond "spoiled" and become something much worse.
Still. I'm having a great time LOL!

Very spoilt, I have a really good hubby who loves to spoil me rotten and I do the same with him.
