im thikning ahead for my halloween costume simply because its an interesting character that getting the individual pieces for is going to present something of a challenge. i plan to be pinhead from the hellraiser movies. where could i get his leather outfit, what should i waer for footwear, and how should i do the row upon row of nails in the head?

Wow, you are planning ahead! (a - head, get it!) Well I think the best way is to follow what this guy did. It took him 6 months, so you are probably starting just in time.

Your gonna have to spend some money on this one. If your lucky then you know a leather vender, make a deal with him. If not, find a lether vender, you know, one who sells on the side. Or go to a leather shop. As for the head. Get a bald peice, and put the nails in the head peice and then you can apply that to your head.

Buy a "bald head" skull cap and push appropriately sized nails through.
Go to fetish sights to find the right-looking jacket or continually cruise the second hand stores till you find what you're looking for.
It's never too early.
