I would talk to them about it and try to comfit them. I don't know that I could save them.
Understand that a person must help their self, before others can help them.
But I can try to help them by teaching them to accept themselves for what they are and understand them. Sometimes a person all they need is someone to understand them or a help hand to get them back on their feet.

You cant. If its self inflicted stupidity, they have to want help. If you help (also known as doing it 4 them), theyre just gonna do it again.

Studpidity to me means that they don't know better, thus I would try to explain to that person why what they are doing is stupid and how it hurts them. You can't save them unless they take your opinion into consideration....so don't worry about them if they don't see the light...you tried

You cannot do it. I have tried. All it does is make you angry, tired and finally come to the realization that self-imposed stupidity is not reversible!!

IF IT'S MORE THAN TWICE, YOUR ENABLING THEM. SO LET THEM KNOW HOW YOU REALLY FEEL AND DON'T TALK TO THEM FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS AND LET THEM CALL YOU OTHERWISE YOUR JUST WAISTING YOUR EFFORTS.

i would save them by slippin them some nytol to knock them out (safely) then when they woke up and they slept through their blond moments, i know that i saved them.
