I think you already know the answer to this one. The answer is that Vince Young will be an unstopable force in the NFL until he retires. Which is scary for me since my team is Jacksonville Jaguars in the same division. If you followed his career in high school and college and even in the NFL than you would truly know that you can NEVER count him out of anything anytime. I always laugh at people that compare him to Vick cause they really have no idea who Vince Young really is capable of. You can say that Vince Young is good at this and he is not good at this but when you put it all together it equals a winning formula. A little extra information to the dude that compared Vince and Vick's first full years as a starter. Vince Young was a fulltime starter in his first-Rookie year dude. So that would be a stupid comparison and it shows that you don't really know much.

I think Vince Young has shown just how much he picked up from Steve McNair. Rookie of the year. First rookie QB to ever play in the pro bowl. He brought the Titians along with more wins than McNair did his last two years there. Vince has made history and I look for him to do great things in the future. If you noticed after the Titians starting winning the firejefffish.com became quiet. He had that much of an impact

Vince Young looks like Michael Jordan in football cleats. Steve McNair has always reminded me of a poor man's John Elway. VY was 30-2 as a starter in college and 8-5 as a rookie. McNair was a good player but not a great one. VY looks like he's going to be a great player.

I don't really think mcnair was an especially good player....so it shouldn't be that hard for him to live up to that.

Given the OL's and defenses that Mcnair played with, he should have been a top rate weapon each season. He really only had 2 good years....some ok ones....and a lot of crap years.

He spent his first few seasons just handing off to Eddie George, and over throwing screen passes. He was AWFUL passing the ball for a solid 4 years.

He always seemed to have some injury or another....mostly because of his careless run style, and poor pocket awareness.

The guy just wasn't a very good QB. A better QB wins at least one bowl with the team he had built around him.

I think Young will be as good....if he has the team arouind him Mcnair did.

Yes. One thing that vince has that I am sorry to really say McNair doesn't have (especially anymore), is that gut instinct to win. Vince will constantly make that team better until they finally win something big. He is a very rare talent in the NFL.

McNair has the better arm...and he probably always will, but Vince Young has better mobility, which will work fine in the early years but eventually you need to be able to throw the football (see: McNabb, Culpepper). I think Young will be as good as McNair. Better? I'm not sold on it yet. I'm on the VY bandwagon...but not completely.

If he stays w/ the Titans for a long time he will definitely be better than McNair was and will probably become one of the best QBs in the game.

Nope. McNair is way smarter than Young though not as gifted physically. I say once VInce gets a playbook and teams start watching some tape he will be just another name.

I think when it is all set and done Vince Young will be the better quarterback because what he did his rookie year no one else has done. Vince Young has too much of a work effort to just be another name. THis kid works harder than any player I have ever seen and that can't be coached. I think Vince Young will lead the Titans to something they never had. A Super Bowl Championship.
