Very small, like the size of the thickness of a cherry stem.

A 0.25 or 1/4 ct stone is about 3 mm in diameter. So I would guess that 0.20 is only some where around 2 mm's.

Hi. This link will show you sizes of diamonds. The smallest shown is .25ct, but it will give you an idea of how big .20ct is. Doesn't matter if it's a diamond or cubic zirconia.

It's very small, almost like a diamond "chip". Those chips are fragments of diamonds.
