how much money is the ipone and do i go to a mac store to get it or can i just go to my carrier

Apple's iPhone isn't out yet. It's still in production and awaiting FCC approval in the U.S. It should be out in the U.S. in June, Europe in 4th quarter 2007 and Asia in 2008.

It's a Cingulair exclusive -- you have to sign up for a 2-year contract with them.

The 4GB version is $499, and the 8GB version is $599.

i don't think they are selling them yet, the 4GB is $499 and the 8GB is $599. when they start to sell them you might be able to get them at cingular. go to cingular.com and click under personal "shop cell phones and plans now" than up in the top right corner type in "iphone" in the search box... than it will give you results and click the one that says " the iphone! Exclusively from cingular and apple" it gives you a ton of info! well i hope that helped!

the iphone will not be launched until late june early july. the only company that will be carrying it wil be Cingular the new at&t. Cost wise it will run for about $400 for a 4GB and $700 for a 8GB. these prices are on a new 2 yr contract
