It doesnt matter.
It all comes down to the response time on LCDs
anything below 8:1 is good
and on CRTs
anything above 80htz

Screen depend on the monitor which type of monitor you can use,CRT OR LCD, LCD monitor are best for Eye.
LAPTOP IS better than DESKTOP.

most likely laptops since theyre newer technology, older monitors for desktops are crazy bad.

laptop of course. it uses an LCD monitor (Liquid contrast display) w/c eliminates harmful radiation and it releases less heat.

anything which is flat and has anything below 8:1 is considered as best monitor.look for samsung & LG brands.
