Could be several reasons. Here's the reasons I know of.
1. Components overheating, turning off to save themselves.
2. Blaster worm virus.
3. Trojan horse/hacker is remotely doing it.
4. Computer memory.

You have it set to a "power save option " to fix this you have to do this
Click "Start" at the bottom left of your screen> Go to control Panel> The Click "Appearance and Themes"(if in category mode) Or "Display" (if in classic mode) > Select "choose a screen saver (if in category mode) Or just double-click Display (if in classic mode..Then Click screen saver at the top of the pop-up-box) >After that look at the bottom of the screen saver choosing screen ..and choose "power..."> Then make sure everything in that box does not have any kind of "time setting Ex: "" After 5 min.""

The usual causes for random shutdowns are:
1)Overheating triggers auto-shutdown to protect the CPU;
2)Memory module going bad;
3)Power supply going bad.

looks like something gets overheated (CPU, motherboard...). Check if all the fans in your system are working properly.
you can also install Speed Fan (freeware, can be taken from here: http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php) and read all the temperatures of your system.
also. if you see that CPU is too hot but the fan seems to work fine, try taking the fan off and replacing thermal paste.
