I Masturbation at least three time a day is that ok? I don't have a curretn sexual realtionship with anyone.But is my Masturbation getting in the way of me finding a sexual partner. ( not just a sexual partner but a partner period? )

I understand that it easy to stop. But when i get off of work at 4 am. it's just that feelin that i need to put me to sleep.

When you get off work and feel like masturbating maybe try not to do it as much. It can be hard but by doing maybe only once a couple times a week you can start not doing it as much. Its like any kind of habit, the best way to break it is very slowly. I used to masturbate a few times a day but then I realized it was as stimulating when done so many times. So I started forcing myself to think about other things or playing a card game or watching a movie. Its not horrible for you but it does desensitize you to stimulation since your body gets it so much or it becomes to easily stimulated and its not as enjoyable.
Its fine if you keep doing it, if you want to do it less do it maybe twice a week and when you get that third urge find something to do and cut back more from there.

Well that depends when/where are you masturbating if it's first thing in the morning and after supper or before bed then the chances of that stopping you from finding anyone is not likely but it you are doing it in public bathrooms instead of being out talking to potential partners then i would have to say that you have a problem..and it's easy not to do it..just take your mind off sex and do something else besides yourself..in a few days it will pass. You have to remember as much as we enjoy sex there is WAY MORE TO LIFE than sex.

You are ok if only in certain time you make 3 times masturbation.But if you do it everyday it is too much.Your lust is very big so you must get married or fasting if you will manage your high lust.You do not make an adultery because it is not allowed by God and you will have a sexual disease and maybe HIV/AIDS.
For your information that in one time shot your sperms will be replaced by a full plate foods.with rich proteins.Too much masturbation will give bad impact to your health.
