my neighbor nancy always puffs her hair in her car when i am with her. she always says " so what do you think honey?" what is she talking about? is she meaning what do i think of her hair? everytime she says that i just say i don't know like a dummy. what does she mean by that?!!

The simplest and easiest way is for you to say: Are you asking me about your hair or just what I'm thinking right now about....? - If it's your hair it looks very nice" She will give you the clue but in the meantime you've paid her a compliment and that's never a bad thing.
