I'm home bound now but when I was able to get out I stopped at one everyday on my way to work.
I have some very expensive blue willow and fenton collectibles that I have bought there that I decorate my shelves and china closet with. I have one fenton piece that would cost 85.00 for 30.00.
They also have some neat stuff that is up for bid.
My daughter buy things that we use for Halloween costumes.
I have found lids for some of my pans.
I bought a like new dresser that I sold for 3 times what I paid for it.
I would get there every morning before things were picked over.
I'm not that proud that I won't look for a good buy.
Most of my lamps were bought there. My husband rewired them and I have friends asking me where I got so many beautiful different lamps.

I do from time to time, but any more the Goodwill,Salvation Army, and such are so over-priced, That I now like going to some kind of church ran thrift store...! I get a better value for my money on things that are donated.

Yeah Theres a goodwill in Santa Monica that has awesome in style clothing for really cheap prices....and there is also a goodwill furniture store that has really good quality stufff..I wouldnt buy it but you might
But I wouldnt shop at the Salvation Army though..thats a no go

I used too until the prices got so ridiculous that I can buy the same things for a couple dollars more at Walmart and get them new...don't get me wrong there are still good deals there at Goodwill, but 20 bucks for a pair of used shoes..I got the exact same ones for 19.99....GRRRR..it makes me angry.

heck yes. As long as the clothes look new, I look classy and dressed in desginer and have more money for hoidays and eating out:)

Frequently :D There so much you can find and so many good deals. I think my best find was a vintage polaroid camera for $10!!! Its my favorite.

YES!! They have awesome stuff sometimes, not to mention super cheap! Screw Abercrombie, and all those other classy expensive stores. I'll stick to my cheap ****!!
