CELLS are the smallest.

A group of cells similar in structure and function make up TISSUES.

Tissues that work together to perform a common function: ORGAN

Groups of 2 or more tissues: ORGAN SYSTEM

Last= ORGANISM

But I would include Spiritual, Mental (Mindal), Physical (Somatic).

I will tell you a secret:

A soul grows, a blend of the first two of the last three items mentioned.

Also, your body becomes to a certain extent a reflection of your soul. Does not mean that genetic defects represent a rotten soul though....

Also, a person with a worthy soul can be poisoned or contract some illness given sufficient causative circumstances.
