currently mine has only 128MB SDRAM an it hangs even when i am only doing voice chat. i would like to upgrade the sdram.

Try Crucial.com, if your not familiar these folks design and build memory modules. They have a free memory scanner that should be able to tell you everything you need to upgrade your system.

256 MB
128MB SODIMM SDRAM PC100 144P
You probably have 2 64 MB chips in now.
You can upgrade to 256 by putting in two 128 MB Chips.
Your Max memory for that machine is 256MB.
That laptop has two slots for memory chips.
Usually comes with one filled with a 64 MB from the factory.
