Eat healthy food and exercise everyday. That doesn't mean go for a walk or jump rope. That means lift weights, run 2 miles a day, and do cardiovascular exercises.

The absolute best way to lose weight is the slow OLD FASHIONED way. Plain old diet and exercise.

You should eat 6 small meals that have great nutritional value. Also, cut back on sweets...don't totally get off of them. It's better to indulge every now and then in portions rather than force yourself not to eat them and eventually give in to temptation (you'll probably end up eating more than you actually wanted in the first place) Don't eat anything after 7pm and eat many bright colored fruits and veggies. Stop eating as much bread, rice, etc.

Now about the exercise: if you can't get a gym membership start walking. Your body is made to WALK. Start small and work your way up. Walk a few blocks a day, then a few weeks later make your walk longer and longer. Before you know it, you'll be walking miles. Maybe even jog or run if you're up to it. It's even better to have a partner to encourage you and keep you on track.

There is no single best way to lose weight.
However having a sensible and healthy diet where you watch the calories, combined with an active lifestyle, is a sure fire way to maintain or lose weight at a healthy rate over a sustained period of time.

The best way to loose weight ( which I hv personally experienced ) is WALKING. I hv lost 4 kgs. in 25 days of walking of 3 kilometers per day. And ofcourse a Strict Diet, i.e Quitting Rice, Potatoes, Sugar and last but not the least Oily foods.

Its simple, eat right and exercise.


You need to eat a variety of foods in moderation. Go for 2 fruit n 5 veggies everyday. There's no such thing as bad foods just some foods shouldn't be eaten a lot like sugary foods like chocolate, ice-cream etc. If you have kids its good to have meals together as a family so that way you can teach them aswell and learn about whats going on in there lives. The food pyramid is a good place to look. You should eat lean meats, dairy, veggies, fruit and grain.



Exercise is also and important factor. Try and vary your workouts as much as possible that way you get tons of great workouts and it keeps you from dieing of bordem! Another way to get a good workout and keep away from bordem, is to do it with friends! Things like going on a jog or yogalaties are a fun and sociable way to get off your ***!! The best way to get exercise is to have fun doing it!

The best way is the one that brings you a sense of joy. The one you have fun doing. The one that makes you feel good, and you want to do it. Might sound superficial, but I don't know anyone who stays with a program that makes them feel negative.

Choose something real that you CAN do. Learn more about your bodies functions with digestion. Educate yourself about your body and how it works, then you'll be far more informed about what to eat, when to eat it and why you don't want to eat fatty foods any longer.

1) exercise 20 minutes daily still your body get wet
2)drink plenty of water
3)take vegetables and fruits.Avoid frying of vegetables
4)take the food limited quantity
5)avoid sleeping in the morning
6)Take fibre content foods
7)cycling,skipping are simple ex cerise
8)avoid coffee
9)in ur daily food u must take ginger,garlic,pepper and onion
10)take your daily food at regular timings
11)avoid over eating in the night
