Old Disney Channel Show...?

hey guys, there was a disney channel show back in the 90's it was about a single mom who had to raise alot of kids on her own, and her oldest daughter would sit out by her window and talk to the moon? ... the mom had red hair wit a country accent.. anybody know the name of this show plz help.

It was first named "The Torklesons." When it came back on, after being re-tooled, it was called "Almost Home." The latter version also starred Brittany Murphy, Jason Marsden, and Perry King.
