like i have a friend and he's married to this girl.. then they had a big spat so they filed for an annulment.. (divorce is not an option in the Philippines), but then after a while, they have resolved each other's differences and they're back together again.. Can they marry each other for the second time?

I dont know what the laws are in the Phillipines but here in the U.S you can.My Grandparents did.Ofcourse they also got divorced again also.

I don't know if they can or not I'm not up on Phililppne law. If were me nope I wouldn't remarry my ex husband. Although here in the states I could.
