They sometimes whistle at the same time and stare at everybody. It's highly annoying.

Some people play with cell phones; I jingle keys. I do have a cell phone, but I only pull it out if it's ringing or I need to call someone. Your pet peeve is similar to mine--people who constantly pull out there phone and check it when it isn't ringing...
