IF I Switch a Company without notification , If i dont get releived from Previous employer can i get the EPF ? DO I will have any Problem with my Employee Provident FUND ???

YES YOU CAN, EPF IS RIGHT OF THE EMPLOYEE IT CAN NOT BE ATTACHED WITH ANY LIABILITY.
