I just started using it and, at first, it was an intimidating service to use. And that's speaking as an end-user. I actually found that, as a consumer, it was terrific. As the reservationist on the other end of the Internet I have learned that it rocks. Way more people use the service than I would ever have imagined. They keep our seats full.

I've looked into it, but I think they ask way too many questions when all I want is a dinner reservation. I'd rather call the restaurant myself to get a table.

I use it when using the web to find places - if the site has a link to it. Often it is handier to use it to book instead of calling when you are in the middle of lunch/dinner rush.
