Well besides Cost to Company, as suggested by my friends above, it could also be - curled, twisted and cut - with reference to tea leaves!! CTC Tea!

if you find "CTC" on an employment offer letter, it stands for Cost to Company, which includes all the cost or expenses incurred by the company to employ you. In other words, its total benefits received by employee including salary from the company. Also "CTC" can be found in sale or advertisements which means "Cost To Cost" which indicates that the seller is offering the goods for the cost he has purchased the goods.
