I would rather have fresh but to choose I would pick frozen corn. I could tell the difference. Canned corn is very salty.

Green giant niblets is the best frozen corn you can get, canned corn is awful I can always tell a difference. The best corn ever is fresh roased corn on the cob you will never taste better.

Frozen corn, and yes there is a difference in how they taste.
However, I prefer peas to be canned. The stuff they add in canned vegetables makes peas taste better to me.

frozen corn cooked right tastes sort of like off the cob, but turns brown fast...canned is good, but one can of creamed corn and one can of drained whole kernel added together with some butter is great.....
