Hi sweetie...depend on you just want to learn simple sewing or including drafting the pattern?
I was from Lasalle Sia College of the arts...in fashion design...they taught drafting, sewing and textile design as well...
they do have short/part time course.
But if you just want cheap yet basic sewing, maybe can just try the community club
you can check out the below link to search which community centre have the sewing class and go to the nearest on you stay...

If you already live in Singapore and you are an expatrote try one of the expat clubs or societies they may be able to put you in touch with someone.

Or try the Ministry of Education they may have a list of such classes/clubs (third link)

Go to Serangoon road. there are few tailoring schools there. Near Hastings Road, selegie centre and buffalo road. you can also ask around. they will help you.
