For the number one pick, it has to be LT. He's the best back anyone has seen in the past decade. No one has been able to do what he has since Barry Sanders, and Sanders never broke records the way that LT has. LT is the most complete back in the game, and Norv Turner is only going to make things easier for him. With a better Phillip Rivers next year, and that dominating defense, the Chargers offense is going to be on the field longer than all other offenses, which means more and more touches for LT.
As for the second pick and later, LJ is a strong candidate along with Stephen Jackson, but someone that will be flying under the radar because of his poor performance last year is Clinton Porits. He was never healthy last year. If he is healthy, expect nothing less than 18 touchdowns and 1500 yards. Taking a quarter back in the first round, unless you're near the end of the first round, is a bad idea because there's always some player that comes out of no where and produces huge numbers (Rex Grossman for the first 5-6 weeks and Tony Romo after he got the starting job). Running backs are either studs or not. You don't find many sleepers there.

Have to agree with the others here. Hands down not even close, LT. Total yards LT wins, but here's the big one. 31 TDs last year! Larry johnson was the closest with 19. Steven jackson, or manning are both solid 3rd picks though if you end up with that slot. I got 8th pick last year, that starts getting a little tougher.

It depends on if its a keeper league or not. Reggie Bush would be good for a keeper league, since he is so young, and not being beat up as much as a starter in his early years with Deuce on his side. If it were a keeper or regular league I would still take LT thats a no brainer...Steven Jackson number 2.

LT is the only choice here he had the best fantasy season ever last year and his team will stay together they are all young he will end his career as the best back ever ....................he is the only guy who is going to get you catches all purpose yards and very few mistakes plus throwing , receiving and rushing TD's
as far as the reggie bush answer goes i hope he didnt hurt his ankle too bad in that celebrity basketball game it didnt look good and hes overrated anyways
