Well in one way we do have a machine that reads your subconcious ..it's called "neurofeedback treatment" it reads the mind and all the activity happening that causes stress and anxiety .and it shows these images on a computer screen..it doesn't make dreams come true that is not what you asked..so in reality we do have a machine that reads your subconcious and it does show it..so there you go mister

We don't need a machine. If you understand the subconscious mind you realize that every persons life is a manifestation of what is in their subconscious mind. Therefore all that is necessary to know what is in a persons subconscious mind is to observe what is happening in their life, our own included. To the trained observer we have no secrets.

Study zen buddhism which infers that we do that in our everyday existence. It's actually a safe assumption that anything we conceive in our minds will eventually come to be.
