Remember, the key to all of these is to use them with the right attitude: even the most mundane sentence or gesture can be taken as profanity if said the the right tone with the right physical emphasis (facial gestures, etc).
Consider:
*Saying it in another langauge: you can either do this by translating it literally (that is, saying something along the line of "have sex with") into another language, or find a word in another language that is just as obscene.
*Do the same thing, only with gestures: in the middle east, giving a thumbs up means something along the lines of "up yours pal".
*Use something mundane: there doesn't have to be any cultural connection to your gesture or string of words for it to get the meaning across. This is perhaps the best method because, so long as there is nothing to trace it to some form of profanity, your target will look awfully silly trying to explain the offence to someone else. But remember, with this one more than any other method, the attitude and emphasis is everything.
