Does anyone know which Beatle wrote: IN MY LIFE?

John Lennon wrote the lyrics as a poem about his childhood, but the poem was reworked by John, with the help of Paul McCartney. McCartney to this day claims that he wrote the music for the song; John argued that Paul only wrote "the middle eight" bridge section of the song.

My opinion: John Lennon should get credit for "In My Life."
