I just started reading some of these questions and I was appalled! What is wrong with you people? How could you possibly have these feelings? We are living in 2007, not 1967! Why can't we just respect other people?

I think mesha_kit took the words right out of my mouth~~If these people with these prejudice, racist questions and answers took a little time away from yahoo answers they would learn how stupid some of their questions and statements were after they've learned the truth. People do way to much stereotyping just from what they've seen on t.v. or what they've been told by uneducated family members and friends while growing up!

You know what, I wouldn't let it bother me if I was you. Most of the people saying these things here will be laughing and eating lunch with the other race at work tomorrow. Sometimes people just feel the desire for "all eyes on me", so they hide behind a monitor and make rude racist jokes. Sadly though, many of them have no idea that if they have email or a 360 page those of us who know how can tell them their name and address.

My friend, racism shouldn't even have existed in 1967. It should never have existed! But you're right. For people to still be this ignorant in 2007 is disgraceful.

I don't get it either. People shouldn't have these attitudes at any time in history. Genetically we are essentially the same. Why don't we recognize this? Why do so many people hate others? It is just so pathetic! It seems that all those that post those racist questions won't allow e-mail. They are cowards! I guess that they have to hide. So pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!

No offense, but, where have you been? Racism has never died out. It's just hidden inside of people, and they bring it out behind computers. Besides, you can tell if someone is racist, by their mannerisms, not just what they say.

Everyone has the prejudices about one thing or another. It's how you deal with those things is what matters. If you are prejudice, then you are scared of something to do with that. What you SHOULD be doing, is researching everything there is to know about that thing so you are no longer mis-informed nor scared!

Because a majority of members in certain races commit most of the crimes and sit around cryin all day for hand outs and other people are tired of their habit of always playing the race card.So for these racism to calm down more people have to act civil in society and contribute more and take less.

It scary because these racist as*holes might be a teacher, lawyer, police etc. I hope most of them are teenagers and immature. If that's the case, our future doesn't look bright.
