Your information is in error, the Clinton's don't have 300 million between them.
They have made money from book sales and speeches (Bill) and they may have around 10 million, but they also have legal and property debts.
What you have likely heard is that Hillary will need several hundred million to run for President. This will be acquired from donations "to the campaign."

your error is great. the clinton's were never broke, but they did have a large debt from legal bills. however, if they had 300 million now, you wou;ld be hearing it all over the news and it would be a media circus filled with investigations by law enforcement and news media investigative reporters. there may be a beginnng of getting campaign fundraising, but nothing even close to 300 million. that may be the expense of presidential run, but it is not in there own funds. several million maybe, from investments, speaking fees and other sources of personal financial planning, but to claim it is over 300 mil is just plain ignorance on your part and not worth giving any credence to rumors you are want to start with this post!
