I'm realatively new to this, but I have noted some really snide remarks and answers to certain questions.

I am not going to pin point who I am talking about, but it has to do with country of origin...

Ie. If a question is posed to an aussie, it's usually taken with a laugh. But pose it to an american and they will fire back nastily...

As an American, I can tell you that we have a very large population of big mouth idiots who listen to so called leaders without question. When you ask these people a question why they think a certain way and they cannot give a logical reason, that makes them mad. It won't make them try to find an answer or help them see the light, but it will make them mad.
Political and religious Americans are fun to mess with like that. :-)

I guess it is why so many people come to visit this place ... the 'laid back' attitude is a real holiday for them.

but as far as americans; like all humans some have a SOH and some don't. there are plenty of aussies out there who can be just as bad ... don't take on their 's***' let them keep it .. ignore those comments :D or better still use your SOH and laugh LOL

Well that's a racial generality. People are just different and it could have to do with culture and the society that that person was raised in.

some people on here post some questions and answers with the sole purpose of offending other people. some people read innocent questions and answers and take offence.
