I just got acrylic nails, the process wasn't painful, but now, several hours later, a few of them are killing me. They feel like they;re being pinched. Is this normal? will it go away?

Yes it is normal and it should be gone tomorrow! it is because of all the tools they use on your nails to file them down and then the acrylic itself bonding to your nails, that have just been filed down really thin. If the pain doesn't go away tho go back and tell them!

It's normal for some people. Mine hurt so bad for a day or so after I first got them. I don't know why. But, the pain should go away and everything will be fine.

It happens to me , and it always feel like the sides are digging into the skin surrounding my nail. I noticed I have kind of small anil beds though, my nails look smaller that other peoples. Maybe you're like me that way.

yes it will. its because your nails aren't used to it. i would wait till you go again and mention it to her, but mine at first felt throbby or heavy. It went away. give it time.
