The way you solve this problem is by creating some equations. Angle A will be the smallest Angle B will be another angle Angle C will the last angle Since an triangle has 3 angles and a total of 180 degrees, we know that A+B+C=180 Angle B is 20 degrees more than the smallest angle A. So B=A+20 Angle C is 2 times the size of A. So C=2A Now we will take what B and C equal and place them in the original equation A+A+20+2A=180 This simplifies to: 4A+20=180 Subtract 20 from each side 4A=160 divide each side by 4 A=40 Now that we know that A, the smallest angle is 40 degrees, we take A and put it into the equations we got for B and C. B=A+20 B=40+20 B=60 C=2A C=2*40 C=80 Angle A is 40 degrees Angle B is 60 degrees Angle C is 80 degrees

I don't know how to do degrees on my computer, but the angles (from smallest to largest) measure: 20 degrees 40 degrees and 120 degrees.
smallest angle = x
x+2x+6x= 180 because there are 180 degrees in every triangle
9x=180 combine like terms
x=20 divide
x = 20 smallest angle
2x = 40 middle angle
6x = 120 largest angle

1 angle equal to 20(small angle) and twice that is 40(second angle) and 20(small angle) times 6 equals to 120 and add all the angles and it equals to 180 and any triangle equals 180

1x +2x+6x = 180
9x = 180
x = 20
2x = 40
6x = 120
20 is the smallest. 2 times that smallest is 40 and 6 times the smallest is 120. Together it is 180.

And the sum of all the angle is 180º, so add up all the angles and solve for the smallest angle

Well think about it... 180 degrees is a triangle...
let's do some algebra
180=x+2x+7x
180=10x
18=x
x=smallest angle.. and you can do the rest
