I think that the democratic countries should have a better handle of their language and quit changing their words meaning's every other year. This sounds like Russia during the cold war. When is free speach ....free speach? When it agrees with the status quo? Only allowed on certain days or places?AMERICA.......we love you . but with every law and legislation you formulate your making yourself into a communistic state.Indevidualism is the way to move ahead.dont allow anyone to control your thinking. Listen , learn and make up your own thoughts.
Teach that mall a lesson .........DON'T SHOP THERE

The mall is private property. Private property owners have the right to eject anyone they wish. This has nothing to do with freedom of speech. The First Amendment only prevents the federal government from using it's force to stop free speech. Private property owners are not bound by it. Plus, there is no right to freedom of expression.

No, his rights weren't violated. He was on mall property and the mall can exclude anybody they want to. As soon as they told him to leave, he was trespassing. There is no state action and without state action, there cannot be a violation of civil rights.
