When things, people, or desires dont go MY way, I get angry and impatient. That is being immature and childish, and is NOT justified.

But when gross injustice is ocurring in my very presence, [Like violence, cruelty, sexual/emotional/physical abuse of innocent children, or any other incident about which I strongly object], then it is the emotion of 'Anger' which is justified, and which--when enough others are also roused--can move people/nations of the world to set that injustice right!
In such a situation, anger is justifiable!

Ofcourse it can be justified. If you don't get angry then you are not a human. But the output of that should not hurt anyone in the bad way. It should not be the output of revenge, ego. It should not come frequently, then it will not be valuable.

After all one should know it how to use it. And you can do it only you control it rather it controlling you. If this is applicable then it is always justifiable.

Sure. Check out the hydraulic model (although recently contradicted by B. Bushman's research). Basically, it says that anger builds up within the psyche like hydraulic fluid. If not released, you will develop psychosis.

lol, I consider you, sharing ones dental historic previous isn't component of the relationship technique. i do no longer think of i'd have pronounced it the two, no longer because of the fact i became into attempting to conceal something from him, yet because of the fact I only wouldnt have theory to point it. such as you mentioned, its unlike you have dentures, you're actually not taking them out everynight, continually being reminded that they are actually not actual.
