Yes you can still swim. Yes You should still wear the brace if you are unable to use full ROM (range of motion) on your wrist without it hurting or pulling. You should wear it till it has full ROM W/out pain or until you have seen your general practioner. Take ibruprophen for pain and inflamation.

You should probably wear a brace during everyday activity and also swimming until you feel confident/well enough to go through your day without it. The brace would help a lot, especially if you accidentally bang your hand into something.

It's also the smartest safest thing you could do to ensure that your wrist heals well and on schedule. Take it easy though!

Brace your wrist while you swim. There is a lot of stabilizing action in the water. Not to mention getting out of the pool. It will be healed in about three days, I'm sure you can take it easy for three days.
