He finds so many ways to do it. One time he had a girl up against the wall and her rear thumped with every movement. Hard to sleep and even harder to study.

Pay a child to sit on his door-step and cry whenever it happens. Have the child scream,'no, Daddy, stop doing that!'. To me, this would be funny. To him it might be very creepy. To her, it might be a cue to go away.

As long as there is no violence or illegal activity going on in there, there is not much you can do. I do wonder how you know where the girl's rear end was--that doesn't sound like you were trying to sleep or study.
All you can do is politely ask the guy to keep the noise down, because you can't study and sleep. There is nothing else you can do--unless, perhaps the girls are minors, and he is older--then you can get him in some big-time trouble--if you want to.

How I did it? I just slipped a note under his door and told him the situation...the noise stopped right away.
