try ERA Liquid.

it takes out any tomato based stain i've ever used it on.

spot treat full strength. let sit 1/2 hour.

then rinse with the hottest water possible.

repeat if needed.

then wash as usual.

If the shirt has already been through the dryer, the stain may have already set. One of the best things to do when you first get a sauce stain on a shirt is to try and clean it off with cold water- an ice cube is wonderful- then as soon as you get home rub some "Dawn" dish soap on the stain area, and wash in cold water.

Use "Cascade" dish washing soap. It really works. Wet the shirt thoroughly then put Cascade powder on stained areas and rub gently. Re wash the shirt using 1/2 cup of Cascade and your regular laundry detergent and COLD water. Oxy clean will work as well. DO NOT use cascade with color items and do not use it all the time because it eventualy will wear the material due to it's abrasiveness.Good Luck.

*Apply any type of bar soap with small amount of water to the dirty spot generously .
*Rub it with a brush or just your hands for 10 seconds .
*Then let it sit for 5-6 hours
*wash normaly with cold or warm water , NOT HOT.
This is it .. Results are proven with my own experience and guaranteed !!!
P.S. Oxy clean will not work and bleach will make it thin and fragile.

Have you tried Zout. I like it very much.
You could spray some of that on and use a bleach pen if you don't want to soak it in bleach.
Hope this helps.
