if yes in which book and wat does she say?

Not in the original books. I have read all of the books published before 1970, and they only date.

I don't know about the newer Case Files, Notebook, graphic novels, etc. I can't imagine that she would. She is the quintessential "teen detective", and being married, even engaged, would ruin that image. IF he did ever propose, I am sure she would wittily put him off, but still keep him around. Ned's job is to rescue Nancy and the girls when they get into a jam and to escort them to social functions where they need dates (and to disappear when Nancy needs to attend said function with a male suspect). Maybe in some fan fiction somewhere....

I don't think so. In the books, they seem to stay at college forever.
