im 34 weeks pregnant, and yes i know i am going to feel sick, and everything. I went through it really bad in the first trimester to the point that i got taken out of work. But the past couple days i have just been feeling like totalll crap! i feel so naseous, and sick, im not tired though. i honestly feel like i've been drugged up. My head doesnt wanna lift up and feels like my eyes r going in the back of my head. Today i only ate a couple bites of dinner and thats it. I have no appetite at all. My throat has been hurting but could having a sore throat cause all this?? Also, i get no sleep, but im so okay with it. I will wake up after having 3 hours of sleep and start cleaning and sorting out the baby stuff...

Whats wrong with me!?!?!

Well, let me start off by saying that the cleaning and stuff is normal it is what they call 'nesting' - in other words making sure everything is ready for your little bundle of joy. As far as feeling the way you do, I'm not quite sure. I know that pregnancy can be very exhausting and it can take a toll on your body especially when you are far along. Have you called and spoke to a nurse about how you are feeling lately? I think it wouldn't hurt - that's what they are there for. I would definitely suggest trying to eat at least a little something every couple hours to keep your energy up.
I hope you start feeling better soon.
Good Luck and Congratulations!

Our bodies do crazy things when we're pregnant. The burst of energy and wanting to clean and prepare everything is called nesting. For some women, this occurs when labour is near.

Your appetite does not sound healthy though. You still need to have sufficient calorie intake for you and the baby, which could be why you're feeling so exhausted. Try to eat a little more if you can stomach it, and get alot of rest if possible. Don't work yourself too hard, because by not eating very much, you're not giving your body the energy it needs to prepare for labour.

Good luck and congratulations!

You are experiencing the pregnancy blues. I am 30 weeks pregnant with my second child and I have my bad days too. Some days I don't go to sleep until 3 oclock in the morning and wake up at 7 in the morning. Other days I just want to stay in bed and eat all day and then it's days where I cry for no reason. I just think to myself that it's almost over. Don't worry because when that day comes and you see your baby, you will say that everything you went through was worth it.

you could just have the flu, it is that time of year. also you need to sleep more, if you are unable to sleep the drs can give you something, like ambien. and not enough sleep can also make you have the symptoms you are complaining about. good luck almost there.
